What to expect

Welcome to Day 1 of our challenge! We're kicking things off with a super beginner-friendly 10-minute treadmill walk. The goal today is simply to get comfortable with the idea of virtual walking, so don't worry about pushing yourself. Just step on, hit play, and let the 4K scenery transport you. This short session is all about enjoying the immersive experience and starting to listen to your body's rhythm. Make sure to set the video quality to 4k for the best experience.
