Ready to kickstart your walking routine, make your indoor workouts genuinely fun, and build a consistent habit? This challenge is made just for you! Whether you're a complete beginner, getting back into moving after a break, or just need a little friendly guidance, these daily walks will meet you right where you are. We'll explore breathtaking trails from around the world, all from the comfort of your home.

What to Expect:

This challenge is designed to gently guide you into a regular treadmill walking routine. Each day, you'll get a specific immersive 4K video walk from my library, starting short and gradually building up your endurance. We'll focus on enjoying the scenery and the pure nature sounds, making each session a mini-adventure. Remember, consistency is key, and every step counts! You’ll walk 330 minutes by the end of the two weeks!

Equipment Needed:

Honestly, all you really need is a treadmill and some comfy shoes! Good headphones are a huge bonus for truly immersing yourself in the nature sounds. Oh and don’t forget your water bottle and towel!

Week 1: Building Your Foundation - 100 minutes of walking

We'll start gentle and get you comfortable with the rhythm of virtual walking.

  • Day 1: 10 Minutes

  • Day 2: 15 Minutes

  • Day 3: 20 Minutes

  • Day 4: 25 Minutes

  • Day 5: 30 Minutes

Week 2: Stepping Up Your Endurance - 230 minutes of walking

Week too will start to add up as we focus on consistency and endurance.

  • Day 6: 35 Minutes

  • Day 7: 40 Minutes

  • Day 8: 45 Minutes

  • Day 9: 50 Minutes

  • Day 10: 60 Minutes
